Product Description: Barramundi or Asian Sea Bass is a very good source of Omega-3 especially compared to some other white fish, like cod and tilapia. Barramundi has a firm, moist texture and large flakes. The fish is prized for its sweet, buttery flavor. Small barramundi are milder in flavour than larger fish.
