Product Description: A delectable fish, this fresh Hamour is a type of Grouper fish. A lean fish with a mild taste said to be between that of Sea bass and Halibut this is a versatile fish that can be cooked any way, in any recipe. Grouper are generally mild-tasting, oily fish with a sweet undertone.
